Typically we see clients for individual training 2-3 times per week for several weeks or months before they transition into a boot camp class or online coaching.
We will get you started with the strength training, nutrition coaching, and cardiovascular training recommendations right away and set up times for us to meet each week.
After we have accomplished a few of your goals and you feel like making a change just let us know and we can transition you. You are never committed to one method. Whatever fits your schedule, your finances, and gets you to your goal.
