Rehabilitation
After your rehabilitation with a qualified Physical Therapist you will often need a little post rehab work to help you improve function get you back in shape and get more endurance in the stabilizing muscles. This is where we can help!
It is recommended that you start with three 30 minute sessions per week and make adjustments as we progress.
It is also recommended that you submit your training to insurance in the chance that they may cover all or a portion of the cost.
Back Surgery and injuries.
Hip surgery and injuries.
Ankle injuries.
Knee surgery and injury; ACL, MCL, PLC, Meniscus Tears, Etc.
Shoulder surgery and injuries related to the rotator cuff.
